What are DB Digital’s fees?

DB Digital charges $200 per hour for consulting services and $150 per hour for managed services. Before any engagement, we provide a detailed statement of work outlining the budget, objectives, deliverables, and estimated hours for each task.

How does DB Digital charge for services?

Invoices are sent bi-weekly through Harvest, our time-tracking app, and include a detailed breakdown of time spent on each task. Payments can be made via debit or credit card directly through Harvest.

How is media spend handled?

Clients are responsible for their media spend. Before launching any campaigns, we request a preferred credit card to keep on file for media-related costs.

What is DB Digital’s return/dispute policy?

If you are dissatisfied with our services, you can submit a written notice to devon@dbdigitalconsulting.com within 30 days of the last invoice. Please provide details regarding the issue, and we may schedule a follow-up call to discuss it further. If the issue remains unresolved, you may be eligible for a 50% refund on consulting or managed service fees. Media spend is non-refundable.
